We work as a team within the community from diagnosis of cancer, treatment with chemotherapy, pain management, and radiation treatment referrals as necessary. We offer the most currently approved standard therapies for the specific cancer diagnosis. In addition we participate in clinical trials that involve the evaluation of some hopeful new treatments in cancer care or cancer prevention.
We work in conjunction with Tulane Medical Center and the National Cancer Institute to offer these experimental trials. We also treat patients diagnosed with non-malignant blood disorders such as anemia or blood clotting problems.
